Terms of Service

FieldCRM is intended for business use by field service owners and teams.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information entered into their workspace.

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or use FieldCRM for unlawful activity.

Users may not upload or enter content they do not have the right to use.

Eligible confirmed accounts may receive one 14-day free trial after adding a valid payment method through Stripe. No charge is made when the trial starts. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly plan is charged automatically. Trial access is not renewable or transferable.

If a subscription is canceled, a required payment is not completed, or paid access otherwise ends, FieldCRM may make the workspace read-only while retaining saved records for review.

Paid FieldCRM plans are monthly subscriptions handled through Stripe. Customer payment processing, transaction fees, and connected payment providers are separate from the FieldCRM subscription.

FieldCRM may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Some features described in marketing or product planning may be released gradually and may not be available to every user immediately.

Scout and other AI-assisted features can produce incomplete or incorrect output. Users are responsible for checking source records and reviewing every answer, draft, or proposed action before relying on it.

AI-generated drafts are not sent, and proposed actions are not completed, unless the product clearly presents a separate review and confirmation step. Availability and capabilities may differ between a public demo and an authenticated workspace.

FieldCRM is provided as business software and does not replace professional legal, tax, insurance, accounting, or safety advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing Work Orders, estimate pricing, quote approvals, customer communication, and business decisions before acting on them.
