01Capture the request
Record the property type, stories, roof and ground access, window scope, screens or tracks, gutter length or estimating basis, guards, downspouts, debris condition, water availability, obstacles, interior-entry needs, pets, and customer photos. Mark anything requiring an on-site count, ladder assessment, roof-access decision, or specialty review before final pricing.
02Price and get approval
Price windows, screens, tracks, gutter clearing, downspout flushing, guard work, debris handling, exterior washing, and optional service as distinct choices. State access and count assumptions and explain how unseen conditions will be handled. Keep the customer's selected combination visible so a seasonal visit does not turn into an undefined exterior-cleaning promise.
03Deliver and follow through
Schedule the job with stories, ladder, roof-edge, water, interior, gate, pet, weather, and notification notes attached. Save actual scope changes, approved additions, debris or flow observations, completion photos, payment, and customer concerns. Create the next spring, fall, storefront, or maintenance follow-up from the services actually completed.
