01Capture the request
Record the property type, window count or estimating basis, stories, interior versus exterior scope, screens, tracks, sills, divided panes, skylights, access obstacles, water availability, staining, pets, and preferred cadence. Use photos where helpful and mark anything that needs an on-site count, ladder assessment, or specialty-glass review before final pricing.
02Price and get approval
Price the approved combination of exterior glass, interior glass, screens, tracks, hard-water treatment, skylights, construction cleanup, or recurring storefront frequency. State what is excluded and how a changed count will be handled. Keep the customer's exact selection visible rather than collapsing every visit into a generic whole-house label.
03Deliver and follow through
Schedule the visit with access, interior-entry, ladder, screen, water, pet, and customer-notification notes attached. Save actual count changes, approved additions, problem glass, completion photos when appropriate, payment, and quality follow-up. Set the next residential, storefront, or seasonal reminder from the service actually completed.
