01Capture the request
Record the property access, gate, pets, pool and spa configuration, surface, sanitizer system, major equipment, reported symptoms, recent weather or water events, and customer photos. Distinguish routine maintenance from a diagnostic or repair request. Note what must be inspected on site and avoid promising a technical cause before a qualified assessment.
02Price and get approval
Price the documented service: recurring maintenance frequency, opening or closing work, filter service, diagnostic time, parts, equipment replacement, cleanup, or one-time recovery. Use clear options when repair and replacement paths differ. Keep model information, assumptions, warranty context, and customer approval attached to the quote that becomes the job.
03Deliver and follow through
Schedule the route visit or repair with access, equipment, complaint, and prior-history notes available. Record readings or observations used by the business, work performed, parts, exceptions, photos, payment, and customer instructions. Set the next route, recheck, warranty, or replacement follow-up based on the actual service outcome.
