01Capture the request
Record the vehicle, mileage, paint code when available, affected panels, customer concern, prior damage or repair, drivable status, insurance or self-pay context, desired result, timing, and detailed photos. Separate visible damage from anything requiring disassembly or measurement. Note personal items, key handoff, storage, and who can approve additional work.
02Price and get approval
Build the estimate with repair or replacement scope, body labor, preparation, paint materials, blend panels, parts, sublet work, fees, and alternatives supported by inspection. Clearly state hidden-damage assumptions and supplements. Keep the customer's or responsible payer's approval connected to the exact version of work the shop schedules.
03Deliver and follow through
Schedule the project with vehicle, damage, color, parts, approval, and promised-timing context visible. Record disassembly findings, approved supplements, parts delays, progress photos, completed refinishing, quality checks, payment, and delivery notes. Follow up on cure or care instructions, warranty questions, ordered trim, or a remaining concern after pickup.
